Kathleen and Marcus Ref

First of all, let me know if I should add Mature Content or not! Because of Marcus amputated limbs I'm not sure if they are graphic or not since there is no actual blood or anything violent in the pic, just a ref on how they look like. (But Idk you guys tell me)

Now about the pic, OH BOY YOU GUYS HAVE NO IDEA how long since I had this characters in my head.
But this drawing was kinda sorta rushed to do xD So there some anatomy and proportion issues on my characters but nothing too much to hurt your eyes...I hope...
They are my OCs for the Jak & Daxter fandom and the first time I had the idea of creating characters for that franchise was around 2009?? So if you have really paid attention to some of my sketches you can see random Elf characters that was suppose to be them xD They went through a lot of changes and I was never sure when I was gonna actually finalize them but here they are!
Like I said they went through a lot of changes, not only their design but personality and back story...but I don't wanna share those xDD

So if *anyone* here is actually interested about the characters just keep reading~

Kathleen (nicknames - Kat, Kath)
She was born and raised in Haven city, lived with her parents and older sister and had a somewhat normal childhood (for Haven people anyway) but she had always issues with her parents and relatives comparing her all the time to her sister who (they said) was prettier and more 'feminine' than Kath.
At first she didn't pay much attention to those comments but as she grew older she started to resent it and the more they said things like that the more she hated people comparing her to her sister, comments got worse when her sister actually became a model so she simply decided to be as much different as she could from her sister (she already had different tastes but that gave her more of a push).
Also she never actually hated her sister, since she was actually oblivious to those comments and was never mean towards Kath, but ended up getting some distance from her just to get away from the comments whenever they were together.
After a while she started to get really fascinated by the Krimzon Guards, not the Guards themselves since most of them were terrible people, but she just thought it was amazing all of their armor, equipment and weaponry and always loved to see them in action actually battling against Metalheads. She dreamed of fighting Metalheads and being a total badass but she would never join the Krimzon Guards, but luckily for her Jak showed up after a couple of years and after some of his heroic-ish adventures Haven city has changed and Ashelin took over the city, and so the Krimzon Guards were no more and Freedom League was created.
She wanted to join right away but her parents weren't happy about ot, so after a few dramas she moved out on her own and joined the Freedom League and ever since had tried her best to get better, especially physically, but for now is still in the begginner ranks.
But to not live by herself she ended up getting a Crocadog and named him Tyrant, Ty (pronounced like 'Tai') for short, because when he was a pup he was quite the furniture destroyer.

Marcus (nickname - Mark)
He was born and raised in (some other location I haven't decided) and his childhood was sorta troubled, at a young age his mother passed away and in just a few years his father ends up marrying again, Mark's now Step-mother.
The step-mother was actually very sweet to him and never had much issues with her, but after his father and step-mother had other kids he started to get problems with his half-siblings, they would be jerks to him and make mean comments about him not having his mother and that his father loves them more etc. But whenever he tried to complain those things to his father and step-mother they would just brush it off saying they are just being kids and are just too young.
Aside from dealing with his half-siblings he would spend most of his time on his own and tinkering with different objects, so with time he started to work with different things and ended up getting into working with weapons and armor (along with some other things).
So when he was older and fed up living with his family he moved to Haven City to work there, with the Metalhead attacks and all, the place would need more help in the area he works with. After setting up a place for him to sell his things, he also started to get into making sculptures with scraps of metal or things that were not used anymore but that was more of a hobby than his main work.
When he got settled in Haven he got to work for the Freedom League and help them with their equipment.

And that's how the two end up meeting! Since Kath is a 'rookie' she was the one sent to give in some equipment to be fixed/tinkered by Mark and grab some other stuff from his shop, but after a few times she had to run by the shop she started to notice some of the sculptures he would make and that would make them start conversations and so after a while they become friends \ooo/
But not everything was all rainbows since Haven got attacked again by Metalheads and all the guards from the Freedom League had to be dispatched to fight them off and to protect and bring civilians to safety. In the middle of that mess Kath went to the area where Mark works to try escorting him to safety but unfortunately when the metalheads were attacking some buildings started to also fall apart and Mark got caught between the chaos and so did Kath, so in the end Mark ended up getting badly injured and lost his left arm and lower legs while Kath just got badly hit on the face (breaking a part of her helmet) and getting a scar.

Ever since that day Kath keeps blaming herself for not being acting fast enough and not being able to protect Mark, but he always tries to reassures her it was never her fault and that he is okay now (since he is the most positive of the two) and doesn't mind his new limbs too much since he can also mess around and tinker them.

Hmmm yeah sorry for the long description but I hope you guys enjoy this! <'3 (also awesome cookie for those who read everything)

Primeiro de tudo, me avisem se devo colocar Mature Content ou nao! Por causa das membros amputados do Marcus eu nao tenho certeza se sao muito 'graficos' ou nao ja que nao tem sangue nem nada violento na imagem, é so uma ref de como parecem. (Mas seila voces me dizem)

Agora sobre o desenho, GENT VOCES NAO FAZEM IDEIA de quanto tempo eu tinha esses personagens na minha cabeça.
Mas o desenho foi meio apressado de fazer xD Entao algumas partes da anatomia e proporçoes tem problemas nos personagens mas nada que machuque o seus olhos...eu espero...
Eles sao os meus OCs pro fandom Jak & Daxter e é a primeira vez que tive a ideia de criar personagens pra essa franqui foi por volta de 2009?? Entao se voce tem prestado atençao pros meus rascunhos voce pode ver personagens elfos aleatorios que eram pra ser ele xD Eles passaram por varias mudanças e nunca tinha certeza quando eu iria finalizar eles mas aqui eles estao!
Como eu disse eles passaram por varias mudanças, nao so no design mas em personalidade e estoria... mas nao quero compartilhar isso xD

Entao se *alguem* aqui estar mesmo interessado nos personagens entao leia a versao em ingles ou use o google tradutor seila -q muita preguiça de traduzir eu mesma.

Mas so vou explicar como eles se conheceram: Kath se juntou com a Freedom League e virou um dos guardas e Mark veio morar em Haven City pra trabalhar com armas/armadura/equipamentos, e por hobby faz esculturas de peças de metal que nao sao mais usadas, e assim que ele se estabeleceu num lugar ele conseguiu trabalhar pra Freedom League e assim ele recebia equipamentos para arrumar e vender outras coisas.
Kath foi sempre mandada pra levar e buscar coisas na loja do Mark, e assim q ela começou a notar mais o trabalho dele especialmente as esculturas eles começaram a conversar mais entre si e assim acabaram ficando amigos \ooo/
Mas tudo nao era arco-iris ja que Haven foi atacada novamente por Metalheads e todos os guardas fa Freedom League foram mandados para lutar contra os metalheads e proteger civis e levar eles pra segurança. No meio disso tudo Kath foi pra area onde Mark trabalha e tentou levar ele num lugar seguro mas infelizmente quando os metalheads estava atacando alguns edificios começaram a cair e Mark foi pego no meio desse caos e tambem a Kath, entao no final Mark acabou se machucando muito e acabou perdendo o seu braço esquerdo e parte de baixo das duas pernas enquanto Kath so se machucou feio no rosto (e quebrando uma parte do capacete) e ganhando uma cicatriz.
 
Desde aquele dia Kath sempre se culpa por nao ter agido rapido e nao ter salvo Mark, mas ele sempre reafirma pra ela que nunca foi a culpa dela e que ele esta bem agora (ja que ele é o mais positivo dos dois) e que ele nao se importa tanto com seus novos membros ja que ele pode tambem mexer e criar coisas novas com eles.
