Just want to let you guys know that the Metal Head silhouettes weren't made by me (except the Metal-saur one, I did that one) they were images I took from here:

Now that is out of the way, I'm glad I finally put these ideas out of my head >>
For those who don't know, this is a creature I made to be a new breed of Metal Heads from the game Jak and Daxter.

After I did the original picture for the contest I started to think a lot about my creation and thought there is so much more info to add on them and try to make them more balanced, I guess??
And when some people were actually interested in using them to be in their stories I thought I could go more in-depth and explain more how they work!
So others can understand a bit more on how I think their abilities work~ (and how to kill those bastards as well)

Now for more Info:
  • Shifters can be created by other Metal Heads (the ones that takes part on the reproduction of the species, which was never really cleared in the games so can't say much about it) but are extremily rare since for their eggs to grow and hatch they need a lot of resources from the area, so they are most likely found deep inside the Metal Head's nests. When they are hatched it also takes a good while for them to fully develop 'till they are mature enough to acquire their intelligence and perfect their shapeshifting.
  • Because they are rare, you hardly can find more than 4 or 5 on a single nest.
  • After they have matured they leave the nest and try to sneak their way into cities, and in there they can learn and understand very quickly just from observing how the people talk and behave so they can use it for themselves for when they need to blend in.
  • They usually work more as 'spies' and stay inside the enemy territory to gain trust from certain targets to get useful information or commit assassinations, so they are more likely to (literally) backstab and being stealthy rather then going into face-to-face combats.
  • Basically they are like Kor but are not evolved to be a Metal Head leader, nor they can create minions, but the biggest difference is that at any time they can change their appearence so they are not stuck with only one 'human' form, which can be very useful. So if they want they can be a male warrior and then change to a female civillian.
  • And also like Kor they are good actors and can 'befriend' their enemies to gain their trust, but as soon as the person is not needed anymore they won't hesitate to kill them.
  • Being able to shift into a 'human' is not only useful for attacks, it can also be used as a defense to be able to escape and survive from certain situations, and they will not hesitate to turn into an elderly person or a child. TRUST NO ONE.
  • Their main weakness is that they aren't that durable in combat if dealing with a lot of enemies and rely more on surprise attacks, and when badly injured their disguises can be completely destroyed because of their purple blood (which is a dead giveaway), however, the biggest threat for them is other creatures that can sense they aren't 'human', especially Crocadogs.
(Never thought people would care much about them, but after some comments I got, I decided to add some rules so people don't need to ask!
But if there is something that isn't stated here you can ask me away!)
Rules to use them: 
  • You must always state in the description that I'm the creator of the species.
  • When making your own just make sure to follow their info/rules stated in the Ref and Description.
  • This creature is only suppose to be used for the Jak and Daxter fandom, not sure why someone would do this, but don't try to use them as OCs for a completely different franchise (unless it's a crossover with the J&D universe).
  • The 'human' design on this ref is mine, so that's the only thing you can't use (unless you wanna make fanart of him).
  • That's all!

Para aqueles que não sabem, essa criatura que eu fiz pra ser uma raça nova de Metal Head que é do jogo Jak and Daxter.

Depois que eu fiz a imagem original pro concurso eu comecei a pensar bastante sobre a minha criação e pensei que eu poderia adicionar mais info neles e tentar fazer eles mais 'equilibrado', eu acho??
E quando algumas pessoas ficaram interessadas em usar eles em suas estórias eu pensei que eu poderia ir mais a fundo e explicar como eles funcionam!
Então outros podem entender um pouco mais como eu penso que suas abilidades funcionam~ (e como matar esses bastardos)

Agora mais Info:
  • Shifters podem ser criados por qualquer tipo de Metal Heads (os que fazem parte da reprodução da espécie, o qual nunca foi explicado nos jogos então não tenho muito o que dizer disso) mas são extremamente raros já que para seus ovos crescerem e chocarem eles precisam de bastante energia da área, então eles são geralmente encontrados bem no fundo do ninho dos Metal Heads. Quando eles são chocados eles também demoram um bom tempo para se desenvolverem completamente até que estão maduros o suficiente para terem sua inteligência e aperfeiçoar sua transformação.
  • Por serem raros, dificilmente você encontrara mais de 4 ou 5 em um ninho.
  • Depois de amadurecerem eles saem do ninho e tentam encontrar um jeito de infiltrar pra dentro das cidades, e por lá eles podem aprender rapidamente só observando como as pessoas falam e agem para que eles possam fazer o mesmo pra conseguir se misturar.
  • Eles geralmente trabalham mais como 'espiões' e ficam dentro do território inimigo e tentam ganhar a confiança de certos alvos pra conseguir informação importante ou cometer assassinatos, então é mais provável eles apunhalar pelas costas e ser 'furtivo' em vez de ir pra combates cara a cara.
  • Basicamente são que nem o Kor mas não são evoluídos para serem um líder Metal Head, e nem podem criar minions, mas a grande diferença que a qualquer momento eles podem mudar a aparência então eles não estão presos em só uma forma 'humana', o qual pode ser bem útil. Então se eles quiserem podemr virar um homem guerreiro e depois mudar pra uma cidadã mulher.
  • E como o Kor eles são bons atores e podem 'ajudar' seus inimigos pra ganhar sua confiança, mas assim que essa pessoa não é mais necessária eles não vão hesitar em matar ela.
  • Podendo se transformar em um 'humano' não é só útil para ataques, pode ser também usado como uma defesa podendo escapar e sobreviver certas situações, e não vão hesitar em se tornar uma pessoa de idade ou uma criança. CONFIE EM NINGUÉM.
  • A sua maior fraqueza é que eles não são muito duráveis em combates com vários inimigos então dependem mais de ataques surpresas, e quando estão muito machucados o seu disfarce pode ser completamente destruído por causa do seu sangue roxo (o que é um super óbvio), no entanto, a maior ameaça para eles é outras criaturas que podem sentir que não são 'humanos', especialmente Crocadogs.
(Nunca pensei que pessoas iriam se importar muito com eles, mas depois de uns comentários que recebi, eu decidi adicionar umas regras assim as pessoas não precisariam perguntar!
Mas se tem algo que não está exposto aqui você pode me perguntar!)
Regras para usarem eles: 
  • Você deve sempre colocar na descrição que sou a criadora da espécie.
  • Quando criar o seu próprio só tenha certeza de seguir a info/regras deles que estão colocadas na Ref e Descrição.
  • Essa criatura só é pra ser usada no fandom do Jak and Daxter, não sei por que alguém iria fazer isso, mas não tente usar eles como OCs pra uma franquia completamente diferente (a não ser que seja um crossover com o universo de J&D).
  • O design 'humano' nessa ref é minha, então é a unica coisa que você não pode usar (a não ser que você queira fazer fanart dele).
  • Isso é tudo!
